Payments and refunds
Version 2026-10-05.1 · 2026-10-05
1. Provider and scope
These rules cover payments for DOKIQS LLC platform services, DXT use, bonuses and refunds. Professional or organization services are also governed by the contract with that supplier. Check whose service you are buying. Supplier identity and contact information, price, service scope and payment obligation must be available before confirming an order.
2. Price, package and service scope
A DXT package shows the Armenian dram amount, credits and discount. The unified DXT price in a document flow includes creation, signing and available delivery of that document; signing and sending within that flow do not incur a duplicate DXT charge. A new document or separate service may have a separately displayed price. Later price changes do not alter an agreed confirmed-order price.
3. Nature of DXT and allocations
DXT are internal credits for platform services, not currency, an investment, an interest-bearing deposit or a third-party payment instrument. Purchased, gifted and referral credits are recorded through their respective transactions. Bonus conditions, amounts and possible limits appear in the program. Mandatory consumer rights concerning lawfully purchased credits remain.
4. Payment security and status
Card payments use the bank or connected supplier’s page. Never send support your full card number, CVV or banking codes. Pending status does not mean successful payment. Supplier confirmation verifies the result. If uncertain, quote the order number and avoid repeating payment until clarified. A test-labelled payment uses a test process and does not confirm a real charge.
5. Referrals, gifts and abuse
Referral bonuses follow the displayed requirements, such as successful registration or a qualifying first top-up. Self-referrals, fictitious or duplicate accounts and fraudulent bonuses may be rejected or reversed after review. Contact support to dispute a bonus decision. A free bonus does not independently establish a cash-redemption right, but its rules do not remove mandatory purchased-service rights.
6. Undelivered services and incorrect charges
For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unallocated purchased DXT or a service not delivered due to the platform, tell support the order, date and requested remedy. Review may lead to correction, service delivery, DXT restoration or a refund according to the facts and applicable law. A platform technical failure does not itself require another payment.
7. Consumer withdrawal and refunds
For applicable remote service contracts under Armenian consumer law, withdrawal is available within 14 days of conclusion, subject to statutory exceptions. The exception for a fully and properly delivered service applies only where delivery started with the consumer’s consent and prior notice of its consequence. General terms acceptance does not replace that separate consent. Partial delivery is assessed under applicable law. Mandatory withdrawal refunds follow the statutory 14-day deadline and the same payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.
8. Requests, cancellation and evidence
Send a clear statement through Contact us, identifying your account, order, date, service and request. You may write: “I withdraw from service contract [order] concluded on [date] and request a refund of the amount paid.” An initial request need not contain every piece of evidence; necessary additional information may be requested for review. Keep copies of the request and payment. Do not send banking secrets.
9. Other suppliers and account closure
An organization or professional contract may specify payment stages and service-appropriate cancellation terms while respecting mandatory law. Claims for their undelivered service go to the relevant supplier; claims about Docx’s own technical errors go to Docx. Account closure does not remove accrued payment or refund rights.
