Terms of use
Version 3 · 2026-10-05
1. Platform and scope
DOKIQS LLC (ԴՈԿԻՔՍ) operates Docx for document preparation, storage, signing, download and delivery, professional and organization workspaces, and publication of services and offers. Functions are available to the extent actually enabled for your account. The platform is not a government authority, court, notary or payment institution. Contact us through the WhatsApp link in the Contact us section. These terms are supplemented by the privacy, cookies, payments and organization data-processing policies.
2. Account and authority
An account belongs to its registered individual. Available actions depend on age, legal capacity, verification and authority. Having an account does not itself authorize every transaction or representation of another person. Provide accurate information and protect your password, PIN and verification codes. Sign out before accessing another account. Report unauthorized access promptly. An organization is managed through a personal account with appropriate permissions.
3. Facts, templates and languages
Select only truthful facts that apply to your situation. Russian and English interfaces and explanations support understanding. Template documents for signing are generated in Armenian. Before signing, review the full Armenian text, names, amounts, dates, recipient and attachments. If a translation is unclear or inconsistent, do not confirm an allegation you do not understand; contact support or a professional.
4. AI assistant and legal assistance
The AI assistant helps identify available services and collect answers, but may make mistakes or misunderstand a question. It does not replace individual legal advice or guarantee that a rule applies or that a case will succeed. Do not enter passwords, PINs, verification codes or complete identity-document details in chat. Use the protected profile fields. A lawyer’s obligations, authority, fees and service scope are governed by a separate agreement with that lawyer.
5. Verification and document replacement
Identity verification is an administrator’s review of submitted details and images; the blue badge is not government identity certification or a guarantee of creditworthiness. Direct edits to verified passport details are locked. If a document is lost, damaged, replaced or expires, start verification again with new details and images. Previous verification is suspended pending the new review. The in-app reminder one month before expiry is a convenience; you remain responsible for monitoring document validity.
6. Signature and consent
A drawn signature image, PIN/SMS confirmation and consent recorded through a signed-in account are distinct mechanisms. They do not automatically constitute a certified electronic digital signature. Their legal effect depends on the transaction, parties’ agreement, applicable law and recipient requirements. An external digital-signature provider is not used unless that method is actually enabled and selected. Each signer must independently review and confirm the relevant version.
7. Delivery, deadlines and recipient
Preparing or signing a document does not itself submit it to a public authority, court or another party. Before sending, check the available delivery method, address, attachments and reported result. A technical “sent” status does not guarantee recipient registration, admissibility or a successful claim. Check procedural and appeal deadlines, public fees and special filing requirements separately. Keep copies of documents and delivery evidence.
8. Workspaces and third parties
Offices and organizations manage staff permissions, cases, invitations and documents. Upload only information you have a lawful basis to process and disclose. Sending an invitation, offer or mediation request does not establish the other party’s consent. Check public pages, offers and professional credentials before engaging a provider. Docx services and the selected professional’s services are separate relationships.
9. Prices and payments
Paid actions use the price and service scope shown before confirmation. A service may be priced in DXT; DXT purchases are priced in Armenian drams. DXT are internal service credits, not a bank account, deposit or legal tender. Where a payment is marked as a test, use only permitted test payment methods. A test transaction does not establish payment for a real service. Allocation, use, withdrawal and refund rules appear on the Payments, DXT and refunds page.
10. Acceptable use and availability
False information, unauthorized use of another person’s signature or account, malicious files, bypassing security and unlawful content are prohibited. Access may be restricted for security incidents or abuse, with reasons communicated when feasible and lawful. Maintenance or failures may temporarily interrupt service. Keep separate copies of important documents.
11. Liability and disputes
We do not promise a successful case outcome, absolute accuracy or uninterrupted availability. This does not exclude liability of DOKIQS LLC that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove your mandatory rights. Armenian law applies subject to applicable mandatory rules. You may contact us about a dispute and seek relief from the competent authority or court; contacting us first does not restrict access to judicial remedies.
12. Changes and contact
Material changes are communicated on the website or through an available contact channel. Changes requiring fresh consent do not rely solely on previous consent. Changing the interface language does not change a saved document’s text. Use the WhatsApp link under Contact us for support. Never send your PIN or password. The page version and date appear above.
13. Services, orders and public offers
Check each offer’s provider, scope, price, delivery time, payment, cancellation terms and contract version. The organization is the party supplying its service unless expressly stated otherwise. Technical intermediation does not make Docx the provider of that service. Information or advertising is not necessarily a binding public offer. An application, discussion or preview does not itself conclude a contract. Confirm only terms you agree to.
14. Advocates, mediators and legal applications
Contacting a professional transmits the data and attachments you select to the stated recipient. This does not itself establish acceptance of an engagement, representation or agreement to mediation. Professional services, fees and professional confidentiality duties are governed by separate relationships. A superior-authority complaint, court claim and professional application are distinct procedures. Choose the appropriate procedure and independently check applicable deadlines.
15. Family members and beneficiaries
Acting for a child or another person requires appropriate legal or contractual authority. Verifying a family relationship may require a birth certificate or representation document. Administrative approval does not expand your legal powers. A service may set age, gender or other eligibility requirements. When representation ends, stop new actions on their behalf and update the information.
16. Public pages and directories
Public profile names, images, professional information, contacts and offers are visible to visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Publication requires appropriate rights and consents. Professional directories may use official public sources independently of Docx registration. A directory entry does not establish participation in the platform or current licence validity. Report inaccurate information to support.
17. Organization workspaces
Owners and authorized managers define employee access to clients, cases, tasks, meetings, financial records, templates and documents. Accepting an invitation grants only the specified technical permissions. A financial entry is not a bank payment or tax filing. Changing workspace ownership does not transfer legal ownership of the organization. Read the displayed restrictions before confirming a change to a professional office type.
18. External integrations and delivery channels
Google Drive, Calendar, external electronic signing and other integrations operate only when actually connected. Review permissions, information transferred and supplier terms. Calendar export does not itself establish automatic synchronization. Preparing an email to an unregistered professional opens your email app or chosen email service; you must confirm sending there. External service availability and data processing are also governed by their own terms.
19. Notifications and consent choices
Operational messages may concern sign-in, verification, signing, an application, task or chosen service. Web push requires browser permission, which you can revoke. Analytics cookie preferences are separate from accepting these terms. Essential only does not restrict core functions. Advertising and optional processing use the appropriate legal basis and a means of stopping them.
20. Content and use rights
Rights in your content remain with you or the relevant rights holder. You grant the platform only the storage, display, processing and chosen-recipient delivery rights necessary to provide the service. Sharing templates or documents must not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality. Do not upload unlawful, discriminatory, threatening or malicious content. A violation report should identify the page or record and the grounds for the request.
21. Account termination, documents and payment rights
Before deletion, download important documents, resolve active orders and obligations to other parties, and transfer organization management if necessary. The deletion screen shows the consequences. Deletion does not recall a recipient’s copy or remove legally retained data. Mandatory refund rights concerning purchased unused DXT or an undelivered service do not disappear merely because the account is deleted.
22. Cookies and Google Analytics
Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in and core functions. With your separate choice, Google Analytics 4 measures public page-group visits, main links and speed metrics. Accept permits analytics; Essential only lets you continue without it. Change consent on the cookies or privacy page. Accepting these terms does not itself consent to Analytics.
23. Legal basis
These rules apply subject to mandatory Armenian legal requirements. Personal Data Protection Law: https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/229131 . Consumer Rights Protection Law: https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/226867 . Electronic Document and Electronic Digital Signature Law: https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/218694 . Armenian Civil Code: https://www.arlis.am/hy/acts/230025 . Subsequent changes are governed by the mandatory rule applicable to the relevant relationship.
